First Point Animal Services (FPAS) delivers world-class, purpose-built facilities dedicated to the safe, secure, and efficient movement of animals across international borders. Established in 2017 with the opening of an animal transfer facility at Melbourne Airport, FPAS has since expanded to New Zealand, where it operates the country’s only approved Post Arrival Quarantine (PAQ) service for imported horses, and to Europe with a state-of-the-art Border Inspection Post at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport.
